The Collaborative Curriculum Planning Process. Can the student access syllabus outcomes at the stage identified with his/her chronological age without adjustments/other support? If yes, select the stage identified with his/her chronological age in one or more strands. If no, can the student access syllabus outcomes at the stage identified with his/her chronological age with adjustments/other support? If yes, select outcomes at the stage identified with his/her chronological age in one or more strands. Also, plan relevant adjustments/other support for teaching and learning experiences and assessment opportunities. If no, firstly identify a prior stage at which the student can access syllabus outcomes. Then select outcomes at the identified stage in one or more strands. Ensure content used to address the outcomes is age appropriate. Finally, plan relevant adjustments/other support for teaching and learning experiences and assessment opportunities.
